But that's in Allegheny county only due to the Regional Asset District
and the funds pay for more than just Heinz Field and PNC Park, they also
pay for the flowers that the Western PA Conservancy plants in the area
and I'm sure the funds pay for other things, too.
The blue book regulation is statewide so I used the state tax amount.
The state doesn't get that other 1% --it stays in Allegheny County.
