Yeah what is up with that rule? I bought a Mazda POS from a friend and
they said we couldn't do the sale for $1, it had to be near the bluebook
value of something absurd like $2K. Where's the capitalism there? The
gub'mint sets price restrictions on milk AND cars now?
So we did the sale for $0 and he had to sign a "gift" form of some sort.
