CorporateTime Outlook Connector

I am looking to interface my Outlook XP calendar with the campus
CorporateTime system. Is there any way to do so? After a quick google
search, I found a number of other universities that use and support the
CorporateTime Outlook Connector, which interfaces the two systems.
However, Computing Services
(http://www.cmu.edu/computing/documentation/faq_outlook/outlookfaq.html#
9) does not seem to support it. Does anyone know why? If I could
obtain a copy, would it work? Do we have some technical limitations
here preventing us from running it, even though UNC, Santa Cruz, and
other schools appear to be successfully using it?
